ANASHIM

Human Resource Management App for the IDF
The app serves as a centralized system for managing soldiers' information, accessible to both individual soldiers and commanders, with a tailored experience based on rank and role.
THE PROBLEM
The IDF’s human resource system relied on an outdated, heavily bureaucratic process, requiring soldiers and commanders to navigate piles of paperwork and slow manual approvals for even basic requests. This inefficiency led to delays, confusion, and frustration across all ranks.

To modernize and streamline HR management, we collaborated with the IDF to develop ANASHIM—a digital solution that replaces paperwork, accelerates approvals, and makes accessing critical information seamless for both soldiers and commanders.

TARGET USERS
Soldiers - Need access to personal data such as leave days, medical status, and insurance details.

Commanders - Require a structured and efficient way to manage and track soldiers' status.
Administrative personnel - Oversee and synchronize HR-related data across the system.
MOBILE & DESKTOP
I designed both mobile and desktop interfaces to support different user types - a mobile experience tailored for soldiers in the field, and a desktop interface optimized for administrative and command-level use, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across platforms.
